Unfortunately, it doesn't hold a charge all that long. Also, the dust bin is a real pain to clean out. The button to open it up is pretty tricky, and the dust doesn't typically just fall right out, and you end up having to dig out a bunch of the grime from the nooks and crannies of the vacuum. I'm not sure I would have gone for this model if I had known how tricky it is.

This one is the best i have ever used. The power is great. Could use more attachments, I suppose. However, I have not needed or used all of the attachments provided.

Just what I needed!

It's lightweight and gets my couches and bench ottomans clean. The chord is a good length and I don't have to move it from outlet to outlet. Also, I have sensitive ears and the noise doesn't bother me. I would definitely recommend this vacuum!!

So easy, so powerful. It picks up pet hair and has attachments that help in hard to reach places

Easier to reach corners and low spots. But there wasn't a wall unit enclosed to hang it on. Doesn't say it comes with one.

The biggest down side to this item is the charge time and run time, which is why I am given it a 3 star. If you have a place to keep it on charge all the time then this issue should not be a big deal to you. Shark has always made good products and I always buy their vacuums. overall I would not recommend this product just for the fact of the run time, which is important to me; however, if this issue not a big deal to you then have at it and order one.
