Battery won’t hold a charge, Died after 3 months

Didn't pick up dog hair in car

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this vac for 2 reasons, to help vacuum the stairs and for getting dog hair up on the carpet in the car. The suction was not good at all. The first time I did the stairs, it seemed alright but not great. Then I tried it in the car and after 30 min, I gave up. I did a deep clean of the vac and tried again, still would barley even pick up the dog hair in the car. Just seems that th suction on the one I purchased just wasn't that good for my needs. I liked the idea if the attachment to help on carpeted floors and the size is just right. But, it just didn't work well for me. I'll be returning mine shortly after I clean it up again and probably will try something else, maybe have to spend a little more. The price was just too good not to try it. It may work for your needs if you have loose pet hair, but if its stuck in the carpet, it just didn't work for me even with or without the attachment. I used my shop vac to eventually get the car cleaned out and that worked great. My shark stand up vac is just too big and a pain for stairs so still looking for something else for cleaning the stairs and something I can use in the cars for the dog hair.

Love this vacuum
