Not the best for shag rugs

Instead it further pushes hair into the rug and takes several roll overs to pick up the dirt. On hard wood floors it works well, on couches it works fine.

Almost empty box

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As much as I would like to write a review on the actual product , I can’t because it only came with the vacuum, no attachments, no charger , no paperwork, i received an open box item but order a brand new one, the box was delivered in the box the item came in , nothing else, the vacuum had a clear bag around it and a cardboard egg crate at the bottom, NOTHING ELSE , the box itself was taped up and held together by the tape, I honestly would fire the individual that slapped a sticker on this box and sent it as is, it was 100% clear that it was a used open box item and not a brand new one , either that person was incompetent or they’re just brain dead , regardless , I was furious to receive it this way

Nice little vac but cracked neck

Not a good experience

I tyen used it for maybe 3 minutes and it dies and wouldn't charge. According to Google the flashing liggt mean I was using the wrong charger. I was using the one it came with obviously. So I returned the next day.
