This is an excellent Chromebook for a family. It has a great screen, good battery life, and very adequate performance.

Very handy for web browsing, I'm using it to read newspapers on line. Some format well, Wall Street Journal and Denver Gazette. Others not so well, Denver Post, but it's their formatting that's the issue. Mine was a refurb, I suspect it's because the light sensor varies, sometimes it's darker, sometimes it's light but it's not a big deal. Battery life is a week, when you only read newspapers on it. so thumbs up.

After exhaustively researching this product, and seeing countless stellar reviews, I decided to purchase this to replace my aging tablet. I was incredibly excited upon opening the box; the presentation and build quality are excellent. Keyboard attaches itself easily and functions well, even with it's diminutive size. I've been incredibly underwhelmed by its' performance, however. I'm aware it's not a high-end processor by any means, but my Duet struggles to keep from stuttering when there's only 1 single app running. Nothing running in the background, no connectivity issues, latest OS version, but it is slow as a snail. I'm sadly not joking when I say my 4 year old tab running Android 7 runs circles around this. The Helio processor should perform better than it does here, so I genuinely wonder if mine has some hidden bug or something, although I've found no real support for my issue, so, if you're a prospective buyer, something to keep in mind

Got this when it was 199.99. Great deal overall- it packs a punch in a small tablet form. The keyboard, however, is a bit flimsy. It takes a bit of getting used to, and I am sad there's only one USB-c port. I cannot complain though, it is a solid chromebook for the price and I am so happy that I bought it to work on documents, spreadsheets, and slideshows on the go. The battery life lasts me around 2-3 days, depending on usage.

I bought this for my daughter and she's enjoying the detachable keyboard and size of the device. Quality is great too!

Chrome, tablet, and keyboard, with USB mouse support and USB c charging. 2nd one now, first didn't last a year before 10yr old cracked screen. Had geek squad warrenty which was pretty seemless. Other than no headphone jack, it's cheap, specs (power, screen, storage) reflect on that. Even after using for a year, and then reviewing different options, nothing else comes close to what this devi e does, so bought it again, with another warrenty.

Bought this as a gift for my husband's birthday and he was very pleased. He uses it when at home and work to watch movies, check his email- nothing major. He's in his 60's and said he wanted to use it versus his phone. He's not computer literate so when I say even a senior or a small child could use it. I use it occasionally and have thought about purchasing one for myself. Enough storage to use it for personal or business reasons.

I love this chromebook/tablet. I bought a chromebook years ago, and it is still of great use. I needed a tablet, so I was on the fence between this and an iPad. I'm glad I chose this. If I need a workstation to do word processing, spreadsheet work, etc. I can use the keyboard and touchpad (I like adding a mouse). If I just want to browse the internet or use apps, I keep it on tablet mode. It's like having a large android phone and a chromebook in one device.

This item is GREAT, compatible with a "mobile-life". This item is lightweight, fun; easily usuable.

I've owned many different tablets including Kindle Fire and various Samsung tablets. They were all okay. I wanted to get a Chromebook for awhile and this was a great price for one. I purchased it expecting a very low end device for the cost. It is a decent device for what you pay. I've spent hours on it already. My only gripe is that when I open too many tabs in Chrome, it starts to have some slowness. If you remember to close your tabs when you are done with them this isn't an issue.

My daughter is back to school soon and my wife suggested a Chromebook. Spent 15 minutes online and picked this one. Wow. After about 10 minutes my wife and I both want one. The keyboard and cover are great and Microsoft would charge $200 more for them. Good controls over her usage through Google. Well done Lenovo.

Bought this for our kiddo. It is perfect for him. Love the detatchable keyboard and the battery life is great.

First, I set my expectations, knowing that the Duet was not going to replace my day-to-day Chromebook (especially because the keyboard is smaller than a standard keyboard). As an occasional-use tablet/Chromebook, it has exceeded my expectations (especially the quality of the screen and speakers). With the included keyboard and cover/stand, I think the $250 price is a great value. I was also pleasantly surprised that it worked with the Southwest Airlines infotainment system.
