There are two main reasons I am giving the device such a low rating and am taking the time to inform others of issues. 1. Without dropping or mishandling, the screen developed a crack in the upper right hand corner. I honestly think the crack developed because of the way the book closes (I have seen others on forums that have had the same issue). This small crack has unfortunately made the entire touchscreen unusable. I would replace it, but there are no replacement screens currently being made. 2. If you try to contact Lenovo about their products, you will be sent on a goose chase without actually getting any results.

If only it wasn't so sluggish

BUT...the main issue and why i'm giving it 3/5 is the a pretty big issue. This Chromeook is buggy and very sluggish at times. Coming out of the box like this, is very worrisome for me. I don't understand...everything else about this tablet is great.

Was not happy with it

(I have an 11 inch Chromebook R11) I also had issues with it behaving strangely, some areas of the touchscreen did not respond, and it turned itself off or restarted randomly. I returned this item to the store and bought a simple Lenovo 8 inch tablet instead.

The Chromebook Duet is a detachable, 2 in 1 Chromebook configuration, consisting of three separate parts - The Tablet, the Kickstand/back cover and the keyboard, that allow the Chromebook Duet to be configured to operate as a laptop or tablet. All three parts are detachable. The tablet alone weighs approximately: 450 g (0.99 lbs), the keyboard - approximately : 250 g (0.55 lbs) and the kickstand -back cover weighs approximately: 220 g (0.49 lbs). All three parts together weigh approximately: 920 g (2.03 lbs). If the Chromebook Duet hardware is not operating properly, resetting the hardware may fix the issue.
