    Customer service was great, the manager was awesome at explaining I would get more bang for my buck if I bought two ink cartridges in one package. Compared to buying them individually, so that really helped. Plus it was easy to replace, so thanks.

    I ordered this after I had Geek Squad out. The first one was damaged from the factory per the Geek Squad. I went to store returned it and got another one. So much better. Thank you Geek Squad for your help.

    Printers nowadays come with cartridges that tou refill on line. You have to renew the subscription for the printer to continue printing even though I was not out of ink. Thru out the original cartridges that came with printer and installed these. It solved the issue.
