    Last cartridge I purchased only gave me roughly a few copies and then ink ran out and I couldn’t get a refund. I’m hoping this won’t be the case this time around.

    I bought an extra high yield cartridge. The expiration date was in the future. I did my usual amount of printing. Yesterday I received a “low ink” warning. The print was gray, not black and I will need to replace the cartridge. I am disappointed.

    The XL ink cartridges last me several months whereas the standard cartridges only last about two and a half weeks. I just wish Best Buy was better able to keep them in stock.
