Greatly disappointed with this printer. It worked well for approximately 3 months and after that I encountered a multitude of issues. I was on the phone with HP support for over 2 hours at one point and no one could find a solution.

Easy to use for the most part. Just confusing since there is no screen to see how to fax. Have to use app.

It gets one star for the ease of setup. Other than that it is a bad printer...first print job there was a paper jam where the printer would have to be taken apart to get it out. I took it back and was told a lot of these had been returned...sad there is no quality control.

Nice! I am very pleased with the printer and how it is working. I may need to order more ink cartridges. Can I order online from Best Buy? Would like to know this. Very pleased with service from Best Buy including the Geek Squad!!

purchased as a gift for daughter, she loves it. At first we had a little trouble getting it connected to wifi, but we got it connected, it works like a charm. Perfect for her needs. Light weight and compact.

This product only works with HP Subscription cartridges. Do not buy if you expect to use store-bought ink cartridges. There is no explicit disclosure about cartridge requirements anywhere on the Best Buy website or on the printer's packaging, and HP provides no help. HP sent me 'replacement cartridges' that only work with an active subscription. I am being forced into a monthly subscription in order to use my printer. I would strongly recommend looking at other brands unless you are comfortable paying a monthly fee to use your printer. Unfortunately, Best Buy wasn't able to resolve my issues either.

Works as intended. Easy to use. Quick set-up. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a printer.

Easy to set up and install ink. Had no problem connecting to WiFi. Love how easy it is to print from our phones.

I needed a printer for occasional printing. Labels, a few photos. This was really easy to set up- and I’m a low tech person. The step by step instructions were just magnificent. It’s a great size & looks beautiful. Love love love!

The printer if just average would recommend looking for a better made printer. Not happy so returned it for another printer.

Basic printer with all the options we want to use (double sided printing, scanning, copying, etc.) The price was right and it was easy to set up and is easy to use.

While this printer is billed as a wireless printer, I bought it for its USB connection. We still have a desktop computer that tends to generate the vast majorities of our print jobs, and it is really nice having a no hassle, bullet proof connection. We are not heavy users, and probably will only print a coupe of pages a month, if that. But when we need it, well, it has to work! So far, so good!!

I expected this to be compatible with my HP chromebook but honestly syncing them was overly complicated. I have to contact support too frequently to get off the ground. The print quality is great but I just wish it was simpler to use. Can only scan one page at a time so you have to create several individual scans for multi-page documents.

I took back another model HP printer because it was too difficult for me to set up. I got this Envy HP instead and I love it! Easy to use. Hooked right into my Wi-Fi. I can print from my phone or my computer.

The HP-ENVY 6055e works good. Meets my expatations.

Inexpensive, great photographs. A decent amount of options. But the greatest thing of all, you don’t have to hook up this printer through a computer or laptop. You wi-fi this printer up directly to your cell phone. Wow!
