Great design and works well once you figure out how to set up the remote printer. The instructions are poor and you have to go through many steps on the internet to figure out what is wrong if there are problems.

So far I like this printer I dont print that much so it will take some time to really see .My Last HP printer last 10 years and still works alittle but just needed to do an upgrade before it totally went . I couldnt download to my computer which is old also so that’s next to upgrade had to use my phone for the set up . but so far so good pray its last as long as my old one and the price was great .Thank You !

After 9 months of use, so far it’s been working great. I don’t use it a lot but it’s been a good help every time I need it.

Been working from home ever since the pandemic started. I just started school and need a small printer to print out articles and assignments (a little out fashion- I still love reading in print.) I love the fact that I can print from my phone and print from all the devices I have at home. Installation is fairly easy and quick. The ink program comes in handy as well. Very convenient, I will say.

This printer for an All-In-One printer is really fast. I have had the previous model and this is just superb!

It took 4 hours before I could print the 2 pages I needed to print, and was the reason I even bought a printer. As the last printer only lasted about 50 print jobs because I did not use it enough. To use this one I had to uninstall the smart print app and unsubscribe to the ink program so I lost my 6 months of free ink. Can't use it wireless now at all, only on usb. I have owned and set up at least 15 printers since 1995 for home and my old business and never had a problem like this. I am pretty sure it is because of HP needing to be in your business to do the free ink thing and I recommend you do not subscribe to it. Just buy your ink at the store like normal. When I have another 4-8 hours to spend I will try to get it set up to print wireless and for my phone. My opinion is HP is more interested in hooking you into being a long term steady stream of income rather than giving you a smooth printing experiance.

I bought this new printer in April to replace my previous 6000 series HP printer that was giving me issues - wouldn’t stay online. I have the same issues I had with my previous printer - it falls offline and I have to mess with it to print something. But this is on me - I should have known better. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. And the most frustrating thing about this is that I waste my money on Geek Squad, Total Tech or whatever Best Buy is calling it now. They’re no longer able to assist in getting the printer online. I had to contact a different tech service!!?? Hence - Best Buy has left me no choice - I will no longer waste money on the worthless “Tech Support” and will not purchase from Best Buy in the future. Its a shame because they used to be excellent!
