The printer refused to accept the ink that was provided by HP. As a result, I contacted them requesting assistance. They (HP) ignored me and my requests. As a result, the printer was worthless. That resulted in the ink also being worthless. Again, Best Buy was NOT at fault here, HP WAS.

It will print a page and then tell me to replace my ink cartridge. It’s the correct one so I’m not sure what the issue is but when it’s opened you can’t return it.. waste of money

I will explain why your printer only allows instant ink. I'm very sorry that the disruption to your printing happened to you. Once you sign up for the program, the printer doesn't recognize other cartridge numbers. Therefore, unsubscribe from the program by visiting www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/instantink/ and logging into your account.

The black ink was fine but my colored ink has not run out yet so I am hoping the cartridge will be fine when I open it.
