    Not much I can say about an ink cartridge. I was disappointed when I got to the store and found the shelf empty but I found an employee who was very helpful and ordered them for me. They came in when promised and picking them up in the store went well. Everyone was friendly and professional.

    Unfortunately I cannot rate this well. It works fine, but runs out too fast. For the cost, I’m disappointed in how quickly I have to replace my cartridges. The quality is good while it lasts.

    The ink from Best Buy is always good quality. It lasts quite a while but this time I bought the XL package so I can compare how long it lasts to the regular ink. Best Buy carries many quality items and I've always had good service at Best Buy. Thank you Best Buy.
