Other reviews had suggested that this chair works well for people of various heights - probably true within limits. Lower limit is realistically about 5’ 2” and the upper limit is perhaps 6’ 2”. All functions work, but the foot rollers seem to be poorly positioned and the upward travel of the back rollers should extend several inches higher for taller people. Settings are very much a matter of personal preference, so the automated routines provide good and bad - best to learn how to manually override and to customize settings. Heat and pressure work quite well and chair seems well built and reliable.

I'm in heaven!! Let's start off by saying I have been trying to buy this one for a while but it has been out of stock. So being impatient I went and bought one from Walmart, a Nager Luxury Chair. I was not pleased what so ever. Then, I received a re stock notification that Best Buy had this chair back instock so I rushed and ordered it. Well lets say best idea ever. OMG!!! Like I said I'm IN HEAVEN!! I suffer from Fibromyalgia and other nerve and muscle damage and this chair helps my pain in every way. Listen I am not a review type of person but this chair deserves my time and day to let everyone know its amazing. So if you suffer in pain daily like me I definitely recommend this chair.

This chair has helped with my tension headaches and lower back pain. However, you cannot control the intensity of the rollers. You have to put a towel or blanket down to lessen the intensity. Also, it doesn't massage the back of your legs. For the price (I scored it for half off), I can't complain too much. It definitely is not your fancy $5000+ chair that you would find at a furniture store, but it's a good, basic, chair that gets the job done.

This chair is awesome. I purchased this a couple years ago and the it still work amazing. I use it a few times a week, and occasionally when guest come and want to try it out. If you are in the market for one and this one is on sale you should get it.

Bought this on sale and was not sure what to think of the Insignia brand - but it was a pleasant surprise - everybody that comes over tries it out - I think I have sold two already... the programs are good - the pressure is great, enjoy the foot massage and the arm/leg pressure but the back/shoulder/butt massage is great.

I like my chair ok. it has taken me a while to figure out the different features. It is a bit hard on the spine and the letters on the remote control are hard to see . I finally got it to work where I could sit in it for about 45 minutes without too much discomfort and It made a difference for days after.

This chair is absolutely amazing!!! It has preset messages and you can customize a message just for yourself. The chair is fully assembled do you just take it out of the box connect the power wire and the controller.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he complimented me by saying “It has been the best gift I had given him”. Even friends enjoyed using them. It is comparable to the manual massage we get from the spa.

This is the most amazing deal of my life. I have always loved this product but the price would not let me purchase it. When I saw it on sale I could not waste another minute. I enjoy every minute I spend on it.

Life changing I have spent over 10.000.00 dollars on massages and they can never get through the muscles in my shoulder they just aren’t strong enough when you’re built I’m a very muscular guy this chair can and do break my muscles down god heavenly chair I recommend to anyone that suffers from back pain it’s rough but after my third massage I was used to the pressure now I use it in the morning and night my back hasn’t felt this good in 30 years

Nice product, relaxation and comfortable massage chair

I LOVE this chair! I was very excited to receive this and get it set up for use. It has exceeded my expectations and is my favorite purchase this year! I bought it as deal of the day for 1/2 price, with free shipping, and have no regrets. It is large and requires room, but once in place you will enjoy the relief. The heat function is great and the zero-gravity is fabulous.

Love this massage chair I ise it 4-5 times a week. Good Quality at a good price. I would highly recommend.

This chair is so much better than the 20+ years old massage chair that I replaced. Excellent on the back and feet but not so much on the neck, shoulder and hands. Even with the highest settings the air bags don't do much on my hands. Be aware that the control buttons are not back-lid display. That's another thing I wish they have.

I have looked at massage chairs for some time with great interest but due to the cost have never made a purchase. When this one appeared at a deeply discounted price I finally made my purchase. The chair functions fine but initially I felt it was too intense, particularly the lower back but after a few uses I have adjusted to it and now it's just fine. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a massage chair.

Giving it 5 star because chair is amazing. Love it. Arm, shoulder and leg massage area stopped working after 3 months. Insignia customer service is horrible! After being spoiled dealing with Best Buy for many years, sadly I had to deal with Insignia directly for this issue. They’re really bad. Will not buy Insignia brand ever again.
