It's a bit strong - particularly when you're trapped by the calf massager and the foot rollers start tickling your feet. But you can make some adjustments like using one at a time. Would recommend!

Great Massage chair and buy the Extended Warranty!

Contacted Insignia and with their assistance, had Best Buy send in a new replacement but +$120 out of my pocket for a delivery and setup. I bought one for myself and use it every day before bed and have been sleeping like a baby.
