I have just spent almost one hour and have spoken to 9 people and numerous computer voices trying to get service. All to no avail. No extended warranty is offered on this "big ticket" item. I spoke to Best Buy and Insignia - and passed between the two of them. All calls go to India. The controller went out today - worked yesterday and today it does not. There is no remedy - none. Insignia says Geek Squad does repairs - Geek Squad says no Best Buy says talk to Insignia. Roll the dice and take your chance that you will have a giant piece of equipment that does not work. Ownership has been almost 22 months - not used but a couple times a week. Say fewer than 200 uses. That is a $5 per use. No real value there.

The roller that runs much of the length was intolerably obtrusive and made the experience most unpleasant. Tried it for a couple of hours and unplugged it. I was pleased that my total Geek coverage policy applied and I did not have to pay to have it picked up. (The delivery people broke off a decorative outside light for which I am hoping to be reimbursed.) Not a good experience overall. Best Buy was very cooperative and returning it was no problem with no questions asked.
