    Do not buy. Failed in less than a year.

    Stopped working in about 9 months. The back rollers began getting slower and slower. Best Buy offered to replace it and told me once I had a new one I could purchase an extended warranty like the one that was offered when I bought the first one. I wanted this because it started having issues at about 6 months and wasn’t usable at 9 months. I received the replacement and now they say I can’t buy an extended warranty. Now if I want to return it I have to get the replacement to the store which I can’t even lift. Now they are not offering extended warranties on any massage chairs which means there were a lot of returns and or repairs.

    I got this chair for my husband. When he used it. It was not a good. When he used this chair, his back getting more hurt, also it won’t up to the thigh. It massage only back, foot and knee and shoulder. I don’t like this chair.

    The frame for the foot rest came broken upon delivery - it continuously falls off it's slot and to the floor. Neither BestBuy nor Insignia is doing much to help. BestBuy said I'm out of their return window of 15 days, but they are using the order date rather than the delivery date. Insignia, on the other hand, is saying I need to first have a technician look at it, but that I need to drag this very large, very heavy chair into a BestBuy for that to happen. This isn't some cell phone or toaster that I can easily take back to the store! I'm very frustrated with the lack of support for a product that was delivered broken and is "supposed" to be covered by a one year warranty.

    The Massage chair gets 5⭐️, well made,pretty nice. Just tried it, so far so good. 2 ⭐️ for the delivery, coz i waited for two hours longer to received and they don't bring them in the house!

    Airbags stopped working right after the 1 year limited warranty. This product is a scam! Called customer service and they couldn’t help me. Bought it under the account with my Best Buy Total but no extra warranty was attached. I would avoid Insignia products!

    had this chair just pass 1 year (out of warranty) and the chair already failed. No air so i replaced the pump and that didn't work. the circuit board is bad. Oh and if your looking for any parts to this chair and you go to their insignia parts website they don't have any available. Im glad i only paid 1K when it was on sale. what a junk.

    This chair is okay, it seems a little creaky, and doesn’t have a whole lot of settings. It is very strong and shouldn’t feel wimpy. I wish it was a little more refined.

    Not for me. I got a great deal on this chair for $999, and once I tried it out, i know why. I was looking for somethjng to help me relax and unwind, but this chair did not accomplish my goal. Kids loved it, but my wife and I did not. Kneeded too deep to the point of almost hurting. Had to put a blanket behind me to soften the blows. Could be a great chair for some, but i was left disappointed.

    It's a bit uncomfortable and is so hard on the waist area but Way too heavy to return . Not sure what to do with it

    The air massage on cafts, shoulders, and arm stop working less than 7 months of purchase. Bestbuy didnt offer any protection on purchase...go figure. Product did have a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Got the run around tryi g to get the issue resolved. This is bad business for a loyal customer.

    Unit is not as good as I had hoped. It is difficult to get the unit to turn on and settings are difficult to set and it doesn’t store them.

    I purchased this chair and it was delivered. The remote did not work. They sent me another chair and it worked for 3 days before the remote went out again. The heat did not work. You could never adjust the rollers . It never did do a body scan. I bought this because of the reviews. I was told everyone is returning these.

    Please be sure to read the instructions. Even if you think you know how to operate the chair etc. My wife who is very tiny - 5 '4', maybe 100-105 lbs and my youngest son who is 14, 5'3&3/4', 165 lbs unknowingly had the exact same complaint and final opinion of the Chair. Even after going over the instructions/directions 3 times themselves, they came to me to for confirmation that they were understanding everything correctly and they did. With all that being said, the bottom line is that the Chair can and will hurt you. Even though at the time of the massage it feels AMAZING, the next day if not later that day you'll find yourself starting to feel like you need to stretch out or something. Kind of like you just helped your best friend move his 5 bedroom house all weekend muscles are sore and hurt all over feeling. She couldn't figure out what she had done for her to be feeling that way and she just couldn't place it. Until I reminded her about her about her massage chair and that she should take an hour and go relax in it and have a massage. I quickly noticed her hesitation which struck me as VERY ODD. And that's when it dawned on her that the reason and cause for her body pain was because of the Chair. We thought because she is so little maybe she needed to add some pillows behind her before using the chair again. Come to find out and thank goodness before she tried it again, it did the same thing to her son. Bottom line in my opinion is that in this case you get what you pay for. I feel that a higher quality chair that offers more padding/cushion which of course with higher quality means higher prices. In this case you were probably saving for this chair as well, what's a little loger,even another year for something you're not only are you going to more than enjoy, you will get to keep!+

    Over all bad chair for my family. This model does not massage the arms or calf areas. Also, as a former bodybuilder it was tight getting into it. My suggestion, spend the extra for the bigger & better machine Qn qatch out for BB customer service. They are rude & hate for you to return expensive items.

    If you don’t have expectations this massage chair will be ok. Needs a better manual and better adjustment of intensity and other controls. But bought on sale and ok on performance.

    Not too bad for $999. Wish the remote buttons were backlit. There are certainly better chairs out there but you get what you pay for.

    The air bags for compression havent worked for awhile now and they dont have anyone who can fix it. The rest of the massage settings work fine. Its not as nice as a deep tissue massage. Frustrating the dont have anyone who can fix it.
