Get a New one Not a used one

I decided to spend the $30 extra for a New out of the box one and its totally worth it.

Trouble connecting to TV

Issue must be with either the dock or the hdmi port because no matter what I troubleshooted it never worked. It was super easy to get a replacement though.

Damaged

Bought refurbished and one controller didnt work on Christmas morning when it was opened, so there was nowhere to run out and buy another, so Santa brought the boy a damaged toy. Not a good look Geek Squad.

Broken joy con
