Our refrigerator broke and this was going to be a quick interim solution to have ice. Oh not so easy. We followed every instruction 100% because we really needed ice until we can decide on our fridge. But to my surprise, this $500 machine does not do anything that is promised. You fill up the water tank and it literally dumped water into the ice tank, melting all of your ice and then makes more ice but it can’t make enough ice to fill up the ice tank I really do not recommend this to anybody unless you want to deal with problems. You can see in the picture that the water falls and melts the ice. Buyer beware.

Starts making some ice in around 15 min. Probably an hour to 1.5 hours to fill up the bucket. Perfect for at home drinks. I do wish the bucket was bigger so there was more ice when we all leave the house we could all fill up our bottles. But not a huge deal overall it's enough for what we need. Ice comes out in perfect pellets. Only downside is it is a little on the pricey side.

They want $250 to ship it back to them to attempt a repair. If they can’t fix it, they will scrap it. An appliance this expensive shouldn’t be disposable. When it worked, it was great. Unfortunately they do not seem to want to stand by their product. There are any similar stories of failed units.
