Great machine for a short time

I have purchased 3 of them in the last 4 years. About 14 months is all you are going to get out of it (just outside of the warranty). I clean it with vinegar once a month and use nothing but bottled water in it but it still doesn’t last longer than 14 months. Sadly, I am going to try a different brand on the next purchase.

I bought mine, assuming the best. But my first one stopped working after 3 weeks. I did work with the warranty company to get a new one, which which didn't work properly out of the box. Very concerning that two of them I've received stopped working so soon after receiving them. When it does work, the ice is great. But I would think very hard about if the ice is worth the headache.
