We have a warranty, so in February we asked for a replacement. We just got the replacement Oct 4th and it leaks worse than the original unit. Sad, because it does make great soft ice.

Happy Birthday to my Dad... not. Nevermind the customer service run around.

Didnt even make it 30 days

Was past the point of return so I had to go through the warranty. My new ice machine will be here in 3 days. Hopefully the first one was just a dud because it’s literally the best ice ever.

I did not purchase the best buy warranty and I am suffering. I purchased on 7/2/2022 and the return window ended 7/17/2022. It quit working on 7/22/22. I have tried to contact GE customer support with not luck via email or call backs. I followed all manual instructions regarding set up, cleaning, and maintenance. I was so careful! And still, here I am with a $600 brick on my counter. I am beyond heart broken, as we really did love it for the 20 days that it was functional.

Very Noisy and Loud.

When it starts to defrost you can hear it from the basement over the living room tv. I read multiple reviews and they said it was loud but I didn’t think it was that loud.
