Easy to set up. Make great soft ice. Extra side tank is a must have.

As much as we love the ice and capacity of this ice maker, with how much we have spent on this thing, we have had to replace it 6x in the past 4 years we have had it. I don’t recommend it. We have it had twice start leaking water profusely from underneath, three times now start making the most horrendous noises that can be heard throughout our entire house and once just quit working. Each time we were able to just have it replaced. Now we are told that was just a “courtesy” and they were wrong for doing that and it should have been sent out for repair each of those times. This time they have to send it out for repair and that will take weeks. It is October and we have only had this one since March. We initially bought our original one for $699 before tax. Absolute rip off with how many times we have had this thing replaced. With how much money we spent on this ice maker and it being under warranty, I can’t go with not replacing it but to say we are disappointed is putting it nicely. I do not recommend this to anyone. The longest one we had was just over a year. I would like to add we also have family members that have also bought one and have had to replace theirs in less than a year as well.

The ice is great and it makes it fast. There is a bit of a learning curve setting it up and cleaning it, and the instructions are only slightly better than useless. The first week or so the ice tasted very strongly of the machine itself and we were concerned we'd made a terrible mistake. I read online to run a cleaning cycle with vinegar and then WARM water and that helped a great deal. I ran half a cup of vinegar and warm water through, then ran the cleaning cycle 4 more times with just warm water and now the ice tastes good.

I really love this ice maker. I have been used to the bullet and cube type for quite some time and I dont know why I waited so long to get this thing. The one thing that ultimately did the others in was not being able to clean things out very well so having a cleaning system built in was huge for me. Yes, it was about twice as much as a normal ice maker but hopefully it will keep me from buying more down the road. Overall it is pretty quiet and makes plenty of ice. When the bucket gets full, I just dump things out in our freezer and let it keep making more. I also like that I can fill the additional reservoir without stopping the process

LOVE the ice maker & ice size. But it started making a weird noise. of course after the return/exchange date. VERY pricy

We Love it! We had another one that was loud and broke plastic pieces inside of it. This one is great with my 19 month old grandson sleeping during nap times now. Also, this is great ice I use Brita water so it's been working GREAT! Love the option to have the side tank as my husband uses alot of ice when he gets home.

Best ice maker! I bought the first one a few years back and decided to buy a second for our vacations home. The first one is still running like new.

It makes a lot of ice fast. However, because if this we have to constantly refill the water tank. It would be a much better machine for us if we had a firect line of water accessible to feed the ice maker instead of having to manually fill it a couple times a day.

It's a wonderful ice maker, This is our second one, Our old one is 6 years old, Used it everyday, It still works fine, no problems at all.

For a nugget ice machine, this is perfect! I wanted some way to get more fluids into myself and my kids, so i figured an ice machine would be perfect. I picked this one because, lets face it...no one truly loves the bullet ice. They just tolerate it. Let me tell you, I have not been disappointed yet. If anything, im disappointed in myself for not being able to get through the ice as quickly as it makes it. If I had one suggestion for anyone looking to purchase this machine, it would be to use distilled water. I buy it for $0.99/gal at the store and it makes it not only have better tasting ice, but its overall better for the machine.

Customer service in the store was very curteous and helpful. I returned the item after a minor issue started. Was replaced without any problem. I am happy that I now have an ice machine back in my home. Strongly recommend that you purchase the side tank if you get a model that it does not come with.

Bought for a small office setting. Easy set up. The side tank is perfect for the amount of use and is easy to refill when needed. No issues with the product at this time.

This is the BEST ice maker we have had. We purchased other ice makers and they never made enough ice for my husband who chews ice all day. Also the ice is chewable which is an added benefit since other ice makers make harder ice which have broken a couple of teeth

The ice is perfect nugget ice and the machine produces a lot. My only concern so far is that directions indicate it should be cleaned once a week. That is a lot of work for once a week!

My family and I absolutely love this ice machine. It makes great ice, its easy to clean. Very quiet and worth the money!
