I love my ice machine. Keeps me from wasting money at Sonic for ice.

I’ve only had this nightmare for 6 months and it’s already gone to waste. It leaks everywhere because of a faulty seal inside the machine but if I want it fixed i have to pay a couple hundred dollars. This ice machine already isn’t cheap I’m not going to pay more to have it fixed when it’s only been 6 months. Before the leak it makes a very loud squealing noise just not worth the money

One day in, and very happy! This thing can make a ton of ice in a short time. The directions for an initial cleaning were easy to follow, and setup was a snap. Made an icy drink treat with four hours of unboxing. Tank was full by nightfall. Used it heavily all day and it’s still close to full.

Great product. Pretty pricey. Was a simple installation, manual was legible, and yhe ice is perfect. I purchased it for my late mother last year as a mothers day gift. It was one of her favorite gifts before she passed. She wouldve given it 5 stars, so ill do it for her.

Had this ice maker for about 2 years now. Still works great. Everyone loves the pellet ice. It makes ice fairly quick. Just be sure to descale every once in a while and it’ll keep on going.

Literally makes the best ice makes it super fast and makes a decent quantity! I like to brag how I have sonic ice on demand!

Its a good ice machine and makes perfect sized ice cubes

Love this thing so far! Ice is delicious and I love that I can use the app to set the times for it to be on. Makes ice quickly and is relatively quiet for what it is. We were going to replace an undercounter ice maker with a nugget version, but this was a much better value.

Excellent ice maker! Super quiet and makes ice very quickly. We had a cheaper nugget ice maker previously and had issues with it being very loud and leaking. Not the case with this one! This is one of those times that it is worth the money for the name brand.

This ice maker is the bomb. It helps refill the ice every single day and I recommend this icemaker big time. They did a great job making this portable icemaker great brand and I recommend this product all the way and that’s awesome.

Love the sonic ice but the thing I don't like is the cleaning process. Too time consuming

This is well worth the hefty price tag. I love eating ice and this is my favorite kind. I had another ice machine with the bullet ice but it seemed to melt very quickly (possibly because of the hole in the middle) leaving my drinks watered down. This never happens with this ice. It’s chills fast and melts slow.

Amazing! Makes fast and soft nugget ice! Only negative is that it does not have a hose refill feature. Gets annoying to have to refill the water dispenser all the time.

Very easy set up, creates soft ice, just what I wanted. I use the wifi feature daily.

Works an advertised and has been nice addition to our bar/wine room. Makes pellets at a very good rate so we don’t run out.

If you like pellet ice, this is the way to go. While the price tag is a little flinchy, if you look at commercial versions of pellet ice makers, this one is a bargain. Its been running for several weeks now and it has been running like a champ.

Thank you Sonic for all of the ice in the past that we used to buy by the bag. We have not been back to Sonic since we bought this ice maker. The ice is perfect and even though everyone loves the ice (this ice maker keeps up with our demand)

Quite a lot to spend on an ice machine, but that being said very solid item. cons: -A bit bigger than expected. -runs everytime you open it to get ice -not loud but does make noticeable noise -app connectivity doesn't really exist

overall the system is great for what it was meant for but it could use some fine tuning in the wtaer supply system and cleaning part.

This is a true nugget ice maker. Its Chick-fil-A ice. Love this machine. Would recommend this to all my friends.
