Makes ice really fast. Can keep up with family of 4. Removable water reservoir makes it easy to keep full of water. Highly recommend product.

Really like the mini cube ice. Being in hawaii we really miss Sonics as their ice is the best and this ice maker machine remind me of it. The crunch of the ice is satifying

When it works, it's the best ice at home you'll ever have. The problems started about 6 months in when it completely locked up. It was under manufacturer's warranty, but they replaced it with a refurb. It has been working, but that sucker gets REALLY hot. If/when it dies and is out of warranty, we'll replace with another one.

Love my ice maker I didn’t realize I’d eat that much ice but it’s sooo good lol, it’s not the cheapest one but you get what you pay for for sure

Everything you could wish for and more!!!! I kept seeing this on bloggers posts... finally caved. Easy to clean and makes the best ice. We only run distilled bottled water through it! WELL worth the money!

The ice maker was easy to assemble and the additional reservoir allows for a full bin office to be produced in about 3 hours. If you don’t use the ice, it’s stays in the bin until you are ready and doesn’t melt terribly fast.

Love my icemaker. Produces ice pretty quickly. We learned pretty quickly to use bottled water. Hard water will have you doung the cleaning cycle every other week.

Wonder machine. Very easy to setup. Only downside is it ruins drinks because you cant have a drink without the ice after you use it once. Bought one for my sister as well.

No more running to the store for bagged ice.Never have to worry about running out of chrystal clear ice.

Highly recommend! Easy set up, ice is amazing! Easy to use, some commented that it makes a loud noise when making but I don’t think the noise is bothersome and it only runs when it needs to make ice and then it goes silent again!

It's good. Makes ice, like it says it does. Pricey so the average person is not going to pick this bad boy up. But i do love the ice.

We use this instead of the ice maker on our fridge. We love the crunchiness of the ice! The machine is working well and the noise level isn’t too loud when making ice. It was an expensive machine but hoping it lasts a long time.

Love this little ice maker. It makes perfect nugget ice cubes. We have used it nonstop since we purchased it and have had zero issues. I will update review if anything changes. We have had several friends over and all have said they are going to get one also.

Best decision I’ve ever made buying this machine. Well worth the money. Super quiet, except when the ice does drop but it doesn’t even make that much noise. Super easy to use and I love being able to use the app!

It makes a lot of ice in a day. If a lot of people take it at once, then it can get low quickly, but it only takes about three hours to refill it completely. So it is a good solution if your family always runs out of ice. The ice quality is really good....soft and chewy!

Love the ice however the machine seems to be getting louder and louder after just 4 months and I fear this expensive purchase will begin to fail soon.
