I scoop ice from the machine at least five times a day, plus the rest of the family loves it as well. I was hesitant with regards to reliability, but I'm happy to report there's no issues so far after two months.

If you are familiar with Sonic ice, just like they. I hope it lasts longer than the last brand I purchased, Signa. Was junk. This one seems to be good so far.
