Face amid doesn't works

I’ve tried cleaning the camera, updating the software, and restarting the device, but nothing has fixed the issue. Additionally, it’s obvious that the screen was opened before, as there’s visible glue residue, and part of the screen is slightly lifted. Very disappointed with this experience.
