For 1/2 the original price i’m very happy with my purchase! The only flaws I noticed when it came in was that it wasn’t updated (majorly outdated and slow due to lack of updates.) The iPad is slightly bent in the middle as well. Otherwise it’s perfect for college and entertainment which is what I bought it for!

I love it especially the color of it!the battery life is so good i can use for 2 days straight without charging!

This iPad is defective.I try to update or restore many times but still not working.Currently it is keeping restart and stock on fixed page.I am so frustrated.I want to return it.I bought it on Oct.15.

I bought this iPad to use for taking notes in my last year of college, as well as to use for playing some bigger mobile games. My only complaint is that the battery life is not great, and can die fast especially if you're using a more demanding app. However, the display is fantastic, and things run very smoothly. I don't regret purchasing this device.

Bought for my son's graduation. Its perfect for all of his music. When he plays a show he only carries just the pad and his horn. Its much more covenient.

This comes in with no original packaging, but it is packaged safely in the box. The charger and cable comes with it seems to be apple product but not original ipad charger. The appearance is flawless, not any scratch on screen or back. After used for a week I checked the battery quality from analytic document and the maximum capacity for battery is 100%, which means they replaced the battery. As for performance, you get what you get. If you use this as a base iPad with 12.9 inch with ProMotion screen, and your daily task is only watching videos, the performance can do the job. The machine came with iPadOS 18 installed. But if you expect this to replace some laptop task, you need to get the M chips version. As for value, amazon refurbished excellent is cheaper than this, but they only gurantee 80% battery capacity. Not so sure if it worth the price. It all depends on expectation. As a youtube viewer, it might even do a better job than new 13 inch iPad air.

Fantastic purchase. Price was very competitve to other resale sellers. Ipad was promply shipped and packaged extremely well. Will definitely purchase refurb tech from Best Buy in the future.

I bought this refurbished iPad for my husbands and he loves it! I’ve never bought any refurbished electronics however the price was excellent with 256GB and I do trust Best Buy and the Geek Squad to always deliver on their promises and they did not disappoint! iPad works perfectly but if i ever have ussues my Total Tech will take care of it! Love, love, love Best Buy!

I love my iPad. I’ve really enjoyed it far more than I thought I would. I do like this size and with the case I purchased, I didn’t like it at first but I discovered I did not have it on correctly . Now it is Awsome ,gives me the vibe of a lap top and it hold my Apple Pencil. Wish I had bought this along time ago.

Fantastic tool and complement to my laptop. An iPad pro is for me not a replacement but an excellent enhancement to my work. My favorite programs: One Note, Good Notes, and Accordance Bible Software. Buying this refurbished turned out to be a great way of getting quality for a better price. I have been very satisfied with Best Buy's refurbished Apple Products.

Love this iPad. Everything is great, except the Battery Life! Does not last long. Especially when I use the Magic Keyboard, it uses alot more battery. I hope Apple sends an update but in the meantime I keep charging it. Video quality is great, internet speed, and response to touch. When I received the package it was suppose to come with a charger, but it didn't. I went to my local Best Buy store and they went ahead and gave me one quickly. Love how they resolved this easily.
