Love this! Very easy to set up and quiet and it connects to my Wi-Fi! This is our first front loader and it’s nice because now my tweens can help with laundry!

I bought the LG front loader and dryer only 5 years ago at Best Buy.I was very dissatisfied with both. Washer’s drum went out after only 5 years, we are a family of two and do an average of 4-5 loads a week. I bought this Samsung front loader after researching and customer reviews.I have noticed our wash is cleaner. I can see the water during the cycles. I can wash a king size bedspread and it does not become unbalanced. I did buy an extended warranty this time. Remember the drawers are not interchangeable.

I love this washing machine. Makes getting laundry done easier.First the maintenance keeping the inside dry after use and keeping the door open prevents mold and mildew. Per reading the instructions. I also like how much you can fit inside but dont over fill because it can knock the balance off. It also shakes when it goes through the last cycle its not loud or irritating. Ver easy to clean the pull out tray where you put soap and such. To empty the excessive water from the bottom i have yet to do that but i know how to because i have had a washer like it. Now the setting are very easy so you can control how much time things will take by adjusting the soil level and such. Its an amazing washing machine and perfectly for my family of 6. Did i mention it cleans my queen comforter very well. Clothes smell like heaven.

Excellent gas dryer. Large capacity and clothes dry quick! Dry options and time are automatically set when powered on.

The washer works great. Very nice appearance. Fairly quiet. Needed a smaller version for small condo space and stackable. (It would have been nice if the installers of the stacking unit had turned the water valves ON before they left!)

This washer is amazing! The capacity is good, I can wash two fluffy comforters at once. It's self cleaning takes almost 4 hours but I assume it's thorough. I haven't had any smells come from it or anything weird happen. We wipe the inside of the door down after the last load of the day and leave the door slightly ajar so that it can air dry. No mold or any gunk has built up. We've had it for a year already and I love it! I hope it lasts a long long time!

Best washer Ive ever, a slight vibration which better than the older washer he had at our house

I really like it so far !!! Gets clothes soo much closer to dry then my last washer did , it spins really well, it’s quiet, and I love the little tune it plays when the cycle is done . Works well. Happy with our purchase . It is a high efficiency washer so u do need HE soap. It’s not hard to find tho, just an FYI :) we love it so far . Each load is soo customizable with all the different options

I’ve had this dryer for a few months and it’s phenomenal. Sometimes it drys my clothes so fast that I feel like it’s impossible for them to actually be dry lol.

I ordered the dryer together with the washer. Needed a stackable set after remodeling the laundry room of the house but didn't feel like spending too much money on it. Reviews looked good and it had everything we need to wash clothes. I don't need all these bells and whistles, we always end up using two or three settings at the most. Its quiet enough (it's in a separate room) and it actually looks very nice, which doesn't matter anyway since its hidden. After I had them delivered Best Buy dropped the price and the refunded me the difference after i called in. I've only had it for a few weeks but so far we are happy with it. Best Buy did not have the adapter available, that's needed to stack them so I bought this item at a different store in order to not jeopardize delivery and install. Installation only took 40 minutes, although the crew that delivered was surprised that I wanted to stack them. I didn't think that makes a difference and at the end of the day it really didn't. They were in and out in no time. Overall all good

I’m very happy with this product. The washer is beautiful and washing very good. It’s easy to clean and quiet while washing. It’s plays a melody to indicate that the load is completed. I would definitely recommend this one!

The washing machine is one of the best, it is very easy to use and washes the clothes very well, apart from that it has a lot of space and fits a lot of clothes and has different types of washing with different ways of taking care of your clothes

The first time I bought a major appliance sight unseen! Digital controls take some getting used to for someone who has always set time/temp manually. Of course, you can still do that, but why would you when you are paying for the new improvements? The manual is good at explaining, but I'm beginning to trust the machine to make decisions for me. It's very quiet and plays a lovely tune when clothes are dry (wish I could raise volume to hear wherever I am in house).
