The bearings finally wore out after it was dropped down the stairs. We liked it so much we bought another. Nothing better for the price point.

Simple fix, right? No. Hours and hours on phone and chat. Before BBY brings a white washing machine. And then they bring TWO white ones. Hard to comprehend the incompetence.
