We love this Washer and Dryer set. Works fantastic, and fits a decent amount of clothing. Easy to use, easy to adjust settings. Definition recommend!

Aesthetics add no value to how well a washing machine works but it sure makes it a lot more pleasing to look at and adds a bit of sophistication to your laundry room. The platinum color and dark smoke glass make it look a lot nicer than the white washer it replaced. Functionally it works great, has all the options you would expect and is very quiet. It has an app integration that you can use (the washer works perfectly fine without it, if you don't want to use it). Advantages of using the Samsung SmartThings app is that you can start and monitor the wash cycle remotely (say while you are still at the office) so it is done when you get home. It will also give you notifications on your phone when it is done (in case you can't hear your washer because it is in the basement or the garage). I have not used the steam option so far, so I can't comment on that, but overall this is a great washer for the price.

I’ve been using this washer for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. The capacity is great. I can wash larger loads without compromising the cleaning quality. Clothes come out fresh, clean, and without that damp smell I used to get from my previous washer. What surprised me most is how quiet it is. The vibration reduction technology really works, even during high-speed spin cycles, it stays stable and barely makes noise. The smart features are also very convenient. I can check the status and get notifications on my phone, which helps a lot when I’m multitasking around the house. Installation was smooth, and it works perfectly in a stacked setup with the matching dryer.

On May 6, 2025, I purchased a Samsung brand stackable washer and dryer at the Best Buy store in Río Hondo, Bayamón, both in Platinum color. The washer is a smart 4.5 cubic foot front-loading model with steam function and super-fast washing. The dryer, on the other hand, is electric, also smart, with a capacity of 7.5 cubic feet and Steam Sanitize+ function. Among the positive aspects that motivated my selection was its modern and functional design: 1. The Platinum finish that combines well with my other appliances and its stackable format saves me space. 2. The efficient performance of the washing machine that offers fast cycles and features like steam washing that really make a difference in my dirty or odorous clothes. 3. Its smart technology since both units can be controlled from my cell phone with the SmartThings app, which makes it easy to monitor cycles and receive alerts and 4. Its generous capacity since the washing machine handles large loads well and the dryer is not far behind, which is ideal for us. I consider that we made a solid purchase for efficiency, connectivity and good design. So far, performance has been reliable and smart features bring real convenience to everyday life. The shopping experience at Best Buy was adequate, although they were not available at the time of purchase, but staff was very attentive.

I’ve been using this washing machine for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s compact enough to fit in small spaces but still handles a decent load size. The wash cycles are efficient, and clothes come out clean and well-rinsed. It’s also pretty quiet, which is a big plus. Overall, a great value for anyone needing a reliable, space-saving washer.

Have you seen those tiktok videos with folks doing synchronized dancing to the end of cycle sound a samsung washing machine produces? Well all worth it! I actually love that sound, it’s pleasant (not a screeching sound like my GE dryer that literally puts my doodle in frenzy for hours trying to “get” the sound and possibly destroy it?!”) That sound is long enough also which is very helpful for someone like me who’s a busy body with a washing machine in a different floor (often forgotten if not for that sound). Which leads me to how quiet it is - except for when it’s super filled with towels, there’s that second to last spin before it’s done, which can get a bit loud, but still very much worth it for me. The size it’s perfect for our small laundry room, which is located right next to our bedroom, on the second floor. Again, still the quietest machine I have owned thus far, and I have been washing clothes since 1997, when I was handed the laundry duty, by my mother, at the age of 17 :) I haven’t tried its smart features, but honestly, not really have to - the selections on the machine are all the variety I need. I have tried almost all of them, and they work as intended. Self-cleaning is an awesome feature, especially for a house like ours with a boy who plays travel baseball and two dogs. I use it often, especially during busy seasons. The whites cycle works really well, with just a min amount of tide and chlorine (the smell of chlorine makes me sneeze so I use very little). The results are the same, and I tribute that to the machine. It self-regulates the amount of water it uses based on the load, which saves on water, also. The hybrid (touch screen and the rotating nob) it’s also better for me than just all touch screen. You can use the touch screen to customize the cycle, but with just one turn of the nob you can get all you need. It makes it husband and teenager proof :) Now that’s a smart machine :) The only thing I regret is that I didn’t get the dryer of this pair (because I had gotten a different dryer only a few month before). But I definitely plan to stick with this product on my next round. If you are in market for one - get it - you won’t regret it.

The up to date sleek appearance made my dingy, boring basement look like I gave it a makeover. It's has so many user friendly features that are very useful, and has just the right type of settings for all different types of clothing, fabrics and laundry loads. I spend a lot of my time doing laundry so the things I really like about this washer, is the fact that it is energy efficient and it running time is custom to what type of load it is, so you're not wasting time over washing clothes that does not need it. That really helps me fit more loads in during the day. The washer is quiet when it's clean but I like that I can actually hear it when my load is done and ready to be put in the dryer. It is very user friendly because everyone in the household from my husband to my 14 year old is able to use it with no problems. The great feature is that I'm about to keep up with it when I'm away from home through the Smart Things app. I can control everything right from my phone, so I give it two thumbs up and would definitely recommend this washer to friends and family.

I really enjoy having my new washer and dryer set. My wife is happy with the color and aesthetic that they bring to our home. The washer works wonders and is powerful but yet quite, I was worried that it would raise my water and light bill substantially but I have seen little difference to my utility bills. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THESE APPLIANCES!!! And at a affordable price

Absolutely love my new Samsung AP6300 washer. It has a huge capacity, plenty of cycle options (the steam setting is great for towels!), and it looks beautiful in the laundry room. It’s very user-friendly and runs much quieter than my old machine. Definitely worth the investment!

The Samsung is a very good efficient washing machine. The washing machine runs quiet. It cleans clothes very well. The spin dry cycle is very good which helps dry clothes quickly. This machine is a good value. Best Buy did a great job on delivery.

i bought the open box (on a budget) i picked the higher priced one for open box - said it would come with all the accessories and options as if it was new - it didnt. only came wrapped in bubble wrap - fyi) had to do a hard reset to get water to work, walked across floor when i started it. took 4 hours to get it to work right. finally after posting a video someone told me it still had the stabilizer bolts in the back - i was unaware. because i didnt have any instructions and ive only dealt with top loaders. after all the mis-haps. im finally in working condition. works great so far. no issues - happy with purchase.

Very quiet, very efficient with large capacity. The UI is very easy to learn. Installation very straight forward, we used the old hook up and the old one was taken away.
