This is such a great set. Easy to install, easy to operate, and the price was not thag bad.

So far so extremely good buy. Still getting familiar with dial but the basic set up does a great job. Worth every Penney AND the installation techs were very courteous, efficient and friendly. BB comes through again for us.

Purchased this item from the outlet and had some issues with it shaking. Because it was not listed as purchased new, I was out of the factory warranty and had to pay out of pocket for repairs. The spring came a lose and it was super loud and walked from the wall. After having it repaired, it is better. All in all, I like the washer, but next time will not purchase one from the Best Buy Outlet.

I love the new technology and the speed it has for a quick wash. love with the color. The only downfall is a little leakage of water. On the front part of my washer hoping to get this looked at.

I’m 5’2 and had to put half of my body in the washer when I had top loaders. I was hesitant to get front loaders but best choice I ever made. So much more convenient for me and I have more space now in my laundry room. 10/10 recommend.

Like the dryer, this washer has the same exact settings to include a self cleaing/sanitation option. Really quiet and fits a lot of clothes.

I really like how quietly and quickly my wash gets done. The drum accommodates large loads and small. There is an option for active wear which is great for sweaty gym clothes. It really does have all the settings I could possibly need without extra features I wouldn't use. My previous 11 year-old Samsung had Silvercare and a steam setting which I never used so I don't miss them on this less expensive model. This model has a self-clean setting that my other machine lacked. This is a useful feature. My wash comes out clean. I am pleased with my purchase.

Good washer for a good price. Not sure what you pay for when you spend an additional 3-500 on other front loaders. This one does everything I need.

The machine is great, low noise, basic good quality machine. My only complaint is that the door is not an easy shut, it's a bit sticky and even though brand new it's a little challenging to know if it's actually closed all the way, other than seeing the digital screen turn on.

So I love love love my washer and dryer thus far. I saw it and immediately was drawn to it. Price first of all. I think I got a good deal. The Best Buy sales team at the store made it happen so easily. They did everything they could to make sure I would get my very own first washer and dryer set. I have had a month. I have not figured everything out yet but I love what I have used. Very attractive as well.

Our seven year old Samsung Washing Machine had the drum/bearings go south on us. The NEW replacement has been a pleasure to use. More capacity for clothes. The functionality/features are further enhanced as well. Overall, very happy with this product!
