Absolutely in Love! Everything comes out so clean. Doesn't use nearly as much water as my old washer. I saved 24% on my water bill in the 1st month. I also really like to use the steam/sanitize feature for washing all my reusable cleaning linens.

Really dreaded having to buy a washer especially since I was really fond of my old one. This one had great reviews but I was skeptical. Every positive reviewer was right. Great washer that’s easy to use. Fast and efficient wash cycles and love the app.

Replaced a previous model samsung. This new one is very nice. Runs quiet and efficient. The wifi notifications seem a little unnecessary but can be helpful if you are busy and need to keep track of loads. Also has an enery usage tracker which is handy.

BE SURE TO REMOVE THE BOLTS prior to use or else that's why your washer will violently shake. This is the quietest washing machine I've ever had. Easy assembly & Installation love it. Removes a lot of water during the spin cycle.

It's really good, I always like to buy Samsung and in best baby they always have the best prices.

Simple to use and has a physical knob to help with selection. It's extremely quiet and the Vibration Reduction Technology for the spin cycle works really well. We hardly know that it is running. It does a great job of cleaning, too.

Great unit. Quiet, basic settings. Singsong takes some getting used to. Lower rating because as a person with disability had to Put on furniture sliders to help navigate cleaning. Cleaning is a challenge as filter at bottom of unit and drain plug and cylinder filter both are hard to release. Plastic fittings make getting water connections reconnected back snugly. Keep shopping if you have limited mobility.

Size big tub on the inside. Very easy to use. Cleans the clothes very well. Extremely happy with my purchase

The delivery guys were great however the machine was damaged. They got us to contact Best Buy for an amount off. However, the money did not show up. It took two hours on the phone for them to finally tell us we could get a Best Buy gift card. We are still waiting on that.

Picked up the samsung smart washer and dryer. Look amazing in our laundry room. Washer is super quiet and dryer dryes our kind size comforter one go round. So far super happy and paid under 1k for the set!
