Great product! I’m thinking about purchasing the dryer machine

I’ve had the washer/dryer set for a month now. I love the steam clean settings. They tackle all pet odors and the clothes come out smelling so clean. I love the look of the appliances and they are much more quiet than my last washer/dryer set.

Well made stackable front load washer with multiple washing cycles each with multiple washing settings. Large capacity stainless steel tub holds large loads. We used the Best Buy delivery and take-away option and it was quick and easy !

This washer is really easy to use. If you have a dog I would recommend removing the dog hair from the silicone flap in between the washer and the door by hand and then running a cleaning cycle after you have days you need to wash pet items or heavily fur covered clothes or blankets of your own.

So in my mind, you do not need a WI-FI washer and you do not need the stands. In my opinion. So this is a well made washer, the best one in my mind for about 600-700. It is smooth and is so efficient you use much much less laundry detergent. I have had it a month and I can recommend this washer to you or someone that I know.

We first got the open box washer even though we ordered brand new, after few days we got the brand new washer installed. Buying experience from best buy is always good except delivery experience where you have to careful cheers. Cheers!

I’ve always loved Samsung appliances and these do not disappoint. The color is beautiful in person and the technology allows for seamless bluetooth integration through their app. Would absolutely recommend this set to anyone in the market!

I returned both the washer and dryer. With in the first week the washer got stuck on the spin cycle.. I thought it might be a one time thing but it did it again and then it started getting real loud during the spin cycle. It was in my window to return and I was not going to take a chance on keeping them. Also the amount of water left in the door seal and the door seemed flimsy.. just did not think this was going to last very long.

I've have owned this washing machine for about a month and i have to say its a good washing machine it replaced a maytag top load washer that was a major lemon from day one this one senses how much clothing is in it and adds the right amount of water compared to the maytag.

The installation staff was the best. The product deliver great performance consistently.

I had to replace my old front-loading Samsung after 20 years and chose this one because consumer reports had the highest rating for this washer at the cheapest price. Something I shoot for. Why get 2 points better score for 300 dollars more, or 5 points lower score for 300 dollars more

Great washer, easy to set up. Plays a long jingle when done. If buying an open box, due remember to remove the transport bolts.

I love this washing machine and I very much hope we don’t have problems like we did with our first one that was exactly the same. We didn’t purchase the first one through Best Buy. This is a replacement for the other and Best but happened to be the only one that still had it. It’s a nice looking washer that runs very well. Problem is that with time I’m afraid a drum bearing will go out like the other washers did. Best Buy has been very good about explaining their service and have told us to contact them with any problem that may arise. So glad I went with Best Buy.
