I have not had the washer for enough time to offer a review that qualifies the lasting ability of the washer. However, I will say that it runs very quietly and seems proficient.

When ever I hear the little jingle once the wash is done, I giggle like a little school girl and put my clothes in the dryer. As a man this washer gets me excited to become a house wife

This washer is so pretty and large. It fits perfectly in the space that I have which is a closet really. I highly recommend this product because it will handle all of your laundry needs. Also the installation by Antonio and Kelton was five star.

Got a great deal on both the Samsung Washer & Dyer. So far they good and quite. Love the features that weighs your close to see and estimates your washing time. And the dryer will stop ones close are dried even if its set for a longer time period.

I returned both the washer and dryer. With in the first week the washer got stuck on the spin cycle.. I thought it might be a one time thing but it did it again and then it started getting real loud during the spin cycle. It was in my window to return and I was not going to take a chance on keeping them. Also the amount of water left in the door seal and the door seemed flimsy.. just did not think this was going to last very long.

We have only been using the washer now for a day, but so far so good! At first it was shaking A LOT! Then we did a little research and realized we hadnt removed the shipping bolts or attached and leveled it properly to the pedastal(which we bought separately). Once we removed the shipping bolts, clamped the feet of the washer to the pedastal, and leveled the feet of the pedestal out, it stopped shaking violently lol. We were able to find info on how to do this on YouTube!

Front load washers are the best...and this one is the best we have ever owned. We have owned several front load washers in the past 25 years, even a few commercial grade washers, but this Samsung preforms the best.

I love my new washing machine. It's wireless, quiet, white clothes are cleaner, and I can control it from my phone. I love it.

Vibrated much more than an electrolux it replaced. Was able to tone it down some with taking time to level it perfectly. still kind of wants to walk at certain speeds of spin. When it winds up and down. Not at an actual speed that it holds at. Also door design is pretty dumb. Drips and couple ounces of water if you open door right after a cycle has ended. Enough to leave a small patch of water. ~5in x 5in. Either wipe it as you open or be lazy like me and open it after the water has dripped internally into the drum. One extra note is that the water actually drops from the detergent area onto the clothes. My electrolux before just filled the drum from the bottom up. Didn't even think of that until I was watching my first cycle this washer.

This has been a great purchase to date. All of the features/guidance on this washer make it easy to handle multiple loads during wash days.

I had used this brand (Samsung) before and liked it, so when it was time to get a new machine I chose it. I am pleased, it is modern and efficient. One aspect is that you are kept informed on how much time is left before it's done. It's helpful.

A device where the price quality is noticeable. Silent in its operation. Economic in expenses. Only, you will be silenced by the amount of sound information that it is capable of giving.
