This is the best washer & dryer set I have owned so far. So easy to use and the steam technology is amazing. Feels like your clothes come out much cleaner and with less wrinkles if any - highly recommend for anyone else looking to upgrade! (The husband likes to do the laundry now too because the black finish is cool looking and he says it feels like an extension of his man cave) 6/5 stars if I could give it!!

Perfect washing machine for rentals or home use! I have purchased multiple units with the matching driers and to date have had zero problems. They also stack well but the top controls can be a bit high.

After always having had top-load washers, I tried front-load. My first one was quite noisy, but otherwise I liked it. I just moved and needed to by a washer and dryer. This front-load has all the good features of my last one, but is so quiet! I'm glad I tried front-load one more time!

It is quiet, does a great job on the clothes. This is our second set of Samsung washer and dryer and we are satisfied

Excellent. We made the mistake to get a top-loading one and it did not wash the clothes well. A night and day difference with the front-loading. This is a perfect washer - white colors come white; many functions; easy to operate.

Always impressed with Samsung products. Simple to use, does a great job washing, even for my comforters and quilts. I used to dislike front-opening washers because of mold build-up in the seal. I have not had any issues with mold at all.

This is a great washer! Love the app and smart wash features. Giant drum size, does big loads fast.

It does everything as advertised and more. It's quiet, washes the clothes very well, and saves me on money with my water bill.

If I could give this washer zero stars, I would. It arrives. It is correctly installed. No matter what cycle I set it on, it only uses HOT water. Warm/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. Cold/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. I was about to call to set up an appointment to get this remedied when the washer goes into its spin cycle. Whatever holds the tub in place busts and the tub then starts free-slamming around inside the washer box. I am NOT making this up! Four days after its installed... FOUR DAYS! and it is broken. With the 15 day return policy I just told Best Buy to come get the cursed thing OUT of my house. Mind you, I bought this washer to replace another Samsung that I had purchased just 3 years before. THAT washer broke down and since it was under extended warranty, I called to get it fixed. Three months later (that's three months WITHOUT a WASHER!) after replacing nearly all the parts inside the silly thing (more money was spent on parts and labor than I paid for the thing to begin with! Go figure!) the insurance company decides it is not repairable and tells me I can just apply the original purchase price towards a brand new replacement washer. So this means I had two Samsung front load machines turn out to be JUNK. Samsung is making garbage washing machines. Do NOT buy a Samsung washer. My experiences have taught me that they are extremely poor quality. This is NOT Best Buy's fault, but if they read these reviews, I heartily suggest you drop the Samsung line. You should start offering Speed Queen instead. They make a top notch line of washers, both top and front loaders. Ended up replacing with a GE - 4.8 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer with UltraFresh Vent System - White on white, pretty sure the model number is GFW650SSNWW. Could not be happier with it and I've been using it hard for the last 5 months.

Excellent washing machine! Can hold a good size load and washes it very quickly and well. We have a large family so we do a lot of laundry. I think this washer will continue to work well for us!

This is my second one, and its amazing. Holds my king size comforter and large loads. And gets it clean. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice washing machine. Works well. Just want to mention to anyone who buys this or any washing machine. Remember to take out all the shipping bolts behind the washer. That may be the single most important thing when installing the washer.

Since we had to get a dryer for the house we just bought... I also purchased this matching washer for it rather than wait since this one is also on sale!!! It washes better and uses less detergent and softener. Glad I got this to match my dryer.

My salesman was very knowledgeable and ask relevant questions on what and how I was going to use my washer and we decided this model was the best for our use
