Quiet, uses much less soap than my top load, clothes come clean and more fluffy and soft. Easier to dry.

I love the machine, however there was spot of drama around its installation. I bought the wash 9/12 and noticed there was a substantial discount if bought both. Upon receipt of said invoice I went to pay the next day and it was gone . I purchased the dryer at a $50 increase and had no idea I had to hunt for extra parts. This was disconcerting because I was told everything was taken care of when I asked about the washing machine. In the meantime the delivery ppl were in such a hurry to leave they left the trash in the middle of the floor and the top of the box hanging in my garage door. Im disabled so I called a neighbor to fix it and my friend put it back on track. After some thought I decided to return it because I wouldn’t be able to get the extra pieces and then I spoke to some angel on customer service line. She made it so I could get everything at once

This washer has exceeded my expectations. It just works very well and delay washing is very accurate.

It's large, it takes good quantity of dresses you wish to wash at once. It's high speed wash and dresses are clean.

Excelente product & delivery service. Manolo was awesome. he went above & beyond when my measurements were not accurate to bring the washer down to my basement. He even waited for me when I was running late for my delivery

No complaints so far. After every wash I keep the door open, as well as the detergent drawer to dry out. I want to keep the musky smells away from my laundy. Also important, with any side-loader is to routinely do an empty cycle with tub cleaner. Extra detergent will build up in key areas that will reduce the life of the machine. If you buy a side-loader, know what you're getting into. With regular maintenance it will continue to work and operate as normal.

Good quality washer. I felt cloths were more clean with this washer however socks continued to get stuck in the door jam. Because of this I returned the item for a top loading samsung washer.

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight. The lesson I learned is not to buy from a company that doesn't do its own repairs or doesn't offer a guarantee for repair time. This will be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

Good washer, if it makes a little noise, it leaves the clothes clean. I love this washing machine. This is the number 4 I have had, and this is one of the best compared to the others. For that reason I give it 5 stars.

they dont call it super speed wash for no reason lol, this machine will tear down walls in the laundry room, crazy heavy duty machinery. holyy. its good i guess
