Great gift for a love one in this time of the year

I registered my business with the state website and couldn’t event retrieve an invoice. When I called about the receipt they said “oh you have a mac”. The computer isn’t user friendly. I couldn’t figure out little things like copying and pasting. I returned my computer for an Hp.

The laptop was great I was super excited to get to take it home and connect everything and get started but sadly the brightness key broke. I was thrilled when Best Buy gave me amazing service and helped me get a new one the same day!!

A standard wireless mouse is almost useless, disconnecting whenever any app is opened. The apple magic mouse stays connected, but is also almost worthless due to it's sensor positioning. Device would be 10,000 times better if it had a touchscreen.

Not a fan of air series guess it’s good if you only need the basics but anything more I’d upgrade.

Sleek, but very slow and underpowered. If you plan on using for anything rather than casual web browsing, it probably isn’t the laptop for you. Multiple tabs made it unusable.

If you're a college student looking for a useful laptop, do not buy this one; majority of college professors use websites and teams that Mac cannot even download or hold.

MacBook Air first time using apple product. man its different than windows. i can buy 2 windows laptops with similar performance. not sure why the cost is soo high?

Please stop providing me other customers personal information!!! I didn't make this purchase. I don't want to know who bought what, their names, addresses, email addresses, etc. Mishandling of personal information is BAD BUSINESS and opens the door for potential identity theft!

I picked up the macbook and when I opened there was a dent. I brought it back 30 minutes later and they gave me a new one, but cancelled my Applecare that comes with my best buy total membership. I called customer service to correct, but they said I had to go back into stire AGAIN to correct. I have not had time. Can someone please correct this for me? Help!

It’s good as working ok. During delivery there is one crack. Waiting for updates.

Made a big mistake, by buying a gift for my husband’s birthday too soon. I bought him a MacBook Pro 2 on June 29, 2023. His birthday was August 1, 3023. When I gave it to him he immediately said I don’t need a computer.unfortunately because I was out of the two week window we cannot return. Very disappointed in Best Buy. Next time I’ll just shop elsewhere. where they care about retaining customers.

I’ve already repaired this twice. It could be more durable.

I am frustrated because the screen goes pink Multiple times a day i literally just got it. I’m out of best buy forever.
