Got this as a gift for my wife who uses it for writing, web browsing, simple games, etc. She likes the form factor and MacOS ease of use. Display is nice too.

Took a bit to get used to since it’s a different operating system than windows or what I am used to in the past, but I will tell you the system exceeded my expectations… It is so much faster and there’s so much more available on a MacBook versus any other laptop I have had… I had nothing but problems with HPs, especially with them being so slow. My laptop was an HP and I always stood by their products. However, this last one was brand new and I had problems with it right out of the gate so if you are looking for a great product, I would save your extra money and make sure you get some space For what you need other than that it is a great system

Switched from a Lenovo Yoga and have zero regrets. The price can be prohibitive, but there's a reason Mac's cost what they do; they're worth it. Very reactive and user friendly and cannot say enough about the battery life. I use it primarily for homework and some web browsing, but it's an impressive machine.

Worlds better than the intel model MacBook air’s. Highly recommend this laptop for basic day to day tasks and FaceTime calls. Battery life is incredible.

Upgrading from a 2013 MacBook Air, this one is ridiculously faster. The only downside, and it is a significant one, is the lack of ports. Having only 2 USB-C ports, one of which you need for power, is extremely limiting. My old MacBook had 2 USB ports, a fire port, and a power port. Other than that, highly recommend.

Great buying from Best Buy. The team answered all the questions I had prior to making my selection. This laptop is so easy to navigate, easy to work with, light and works perfectly with my iPhone.

If you want a great looking and speedy base model MacBook Air, this is a great option for you. It looks beautiful, the keyboard had a nice feel, contains pretty impressive battery life, and is speedy. If you don’t need the extra bells and whistles, this is perfect.

its incredible how good this device is. its fast, the battery life is insane and all that with the typical things that apple does well like the keyboard, touchpad, and how solid the device is. my only wishes is that at sometime we get a bigger screen option and a way to get the 16gb or ram from best buy.

Excellent laptop for the price! Have always loved Apple products and this product is no exception, first experience using the M1 chip apart from the new iPad and this is great on the laptop as well - runs very well with little to no fan noise or excessive heat coming from the machine.

Our old macbook was over 10 years old and we needed a new one. It provides the same quality and experience that we are accustomed to with all of our Apple products. It has enough RAM to use high end applications lightly and enough storage to mange work and other digital assets. The SSD is nice for stability. I'd recommend upgrading the total storage if you need it. 256GB works for us.

This computer is a great fit for me. It is lightweight and has an excellent battery life. Perfect for being a student-athlete and having to do assignments on the go.

This laptop is excellent. I came from an old MacBook Pro from 2017. This thing is much faster and I don't even miss the Touch Bar. The keyboard is the biggest change. The battery lasts forever too. I suggest using the Safari browser. The chrome browser, even the updated to M1 version uses about 3 times the battery as Safari.

The screen display had to be replaced within a little over a year. Buy the Applecare plan. I did not. I have to pay about half the cost the laptop cost for the repair which Apple will hold for until you can get it out but it’s a process. I have a small business and it was impacted so I experienced a loss of income so it is taking me time to get it out. Even with that said the laptop itself is good aside from that issue. Good battery life, good on storage, etc… anyway buy apple care + plan

Feels great, pairs up perfectly with my iphone. As a first time macbook user this feels phenomenal. Super user friendly, easy to pick up on touchpad movements. It's lightweight, apps run perfectly, I was able to sync everything together quickly and I'm looking forward to using it for the upcoming school year!
