The overall purchase experience was excellent. Was delivered on time to which I appreciate. The only issue I have is with the trade in. I was given an estimate that I was trading my MacBook Air in for the gold. Since my MacBook was delivered I had to ship in the trade which I knew something that could go wrong would go wrong. I called Apple to have my trade in wiped clean of all my data. Took videos just in case and shipped it in. About a week later I got an email telling me that the computer was broken and it doesn’t start up properly and that my trade in value is now $0 of course. I’m currently still waiting on a response from that department. So just beware of doing a trade in. Pick it up in store and bring in the trade in so that you can see what’s being done.

I had never owned a macbook before and this is honestly the best computer i’ve ever owned. I’ve had it for a while and it still stands up. i use it to edit my pictures and videos for my photography business and it works just fine!

I have all apple product. The only thing that was missing was an apple computer and I’ve been looking at apple computers for a while. I couldn’t pass up to be able to purchase my MacBook at Best Buy with the price and being able to use the Best Buy credit card. I like the reliability of the computer, the gigabytes, memory and overall performance of the computer.

For the past year, my MacBook has become my life and it’s so reliable, trustworthy, and easy to use!! I have little to no problems when using it and it’s just makes my life so easier and less stressful knowing I can trust a device when handling schoolwork or business

I have this for a year now and I use it for my schooling. Its fast and also i am able to search through things easily and also type my papers with it. I kind of wish I know how to ping the computer so I can print wirelessly from my printer.

I chose the open box - excellent with the intention of choosing something affordable but i was kind of expecting it not to look completely brand new. I was wrong. The only difference between this and a brand new computer is the repackaging. I love it. Works great.

Apart from occasional freezing with simple MatLab code which worked fine on my ASUS laptop, no concerns. Excellent battery life and display. Generally very response.
