I called and set up a tutorial, but when I arrived for my appointment there was no one who was an Apple technician was in. The other tried to help, I felt rushed, they answered a couple of questions and I went home with many unanswered questions.

We also purchased a Brother laser printer. We ended up going to 3 different Best Buy stores: (1) seeking info., (2) picking up the printer we ordered online, and (3) taking the MacBook to the 3rd store to get it set up. I mention the three different stores only to indicate that we dealt with IT people at each of those locations and they were all very knowledgeable and kind. We did purchase the service package and are glad we did. We are in the middle of getting our other computers in working order!

The laptop it’s out of warranty either way

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My computer die after a year of using it I send it to a shop and apparently was the screen but how it could be that when I have a cover and never drop it and I was doing work and out off nowhere it starts looking like a tv when you hit it with something and then lines comes up and goes away then 2 later of not doing just ended there . And this point I give up with it didn’t wanted to spend more money for a brand new computer
