    Great service. The associate was extremely helpful. This was my first MacBook. I have always purchased Dell or HP windows in the past. Since my wife and I own Iphones and an Ipad it made sense to switch to the MacBook since I would not be able to upgrade to Windows 11 on my current laptop. The MacBook is terrific. Having other Apple products helped with the learning curve. The associate was more than willing to demonstrate the app features and ways to use the laptop. I have always received top notch service at Best Buy.
