My first Apple product, probably not my last!

The laptop is brand new, but four years old, however, when compared to a Windows laptop, does not show its age. Functions flawlessly.

'Good' Buy at Best Buy

The first sales person was very personable although not terribly knowledgeable of this specific product. The second sales person was efficient and somewhat perfunctory as he tolerated my vacillating as to which computer to purchase. In all, it was a good experience because I really don't expect sales people to be super enthusiastic with every customer especially since they don't work on commission.

However, she LOVES it and is always on it. It is a bit expensive, but the value is good because you do not need as many add additional items for it and will last longer (my other daughter has an 2 year old MacBook and not close to obsolete. I have had inexpensive PC laptops that were done after the same amount of time.)
