My only problem was that the shipping claimed to come one day and it ended up coming the next, which isn’t a problem other than I had to sign for it so it made it a little difficult. Other than that though the computer arrived in good condition and I use it everyday!!!

I did purchase and added Microsoft Word and Excel as I didn't want to stray away from what I'm so used to. So far, I'm picking up new things every day that are helpful. I'm sure once I get through the learning curve, I'll be fine.
