    Have been convinced to shift to Mac and this is a start and while i am still getting used to it i see a great deal of benefits - I will be happier once i have managed to shift my files from my external drive to the mac

    Worked great until after a year and then the screen just went black. I took it to Best Buy to find out why it did that. They explained it couldn’t be fixed, that I would just have to buy a new one. I will not purchase again.

    Honestly, you get what you pay for. Apple products aren’t the cheapest on the market, but they are absolutely the best bang for your buck.

    Super easy to use with unbelievable Apple Support! I use this for work and had issues installing a program. Apple spent the time with me over the phone, helping me to install a non-Apple program. Extremely helpful and kind.

    The MacBook is the best laptop —- I have owned them since 2011, and have had almost no problems with viruses or computer breakdowns. This new version has more power, with a larger screen, and more memory.

    The product seems good. The geek squad were excellent. The packaging for shipping was bad. It arrived in beat up box, no packing material around it, said it encountered hazardous materials. But the Geek Squad helped me out and now I'm learning.

    This was purchased as a computer to take to college. We got it early so she could adjust to using it compared to her high school chrome book . I bought the warranty for 3 yrs to cover most of her time in school.
