I am delighted with this washing machine. The clothes do not get all tangled like in my previous one. They do not wrinkle as much. This machine is so quiet one can even tell is running.

This LG Washer makes a noise during the Rinse Cyle. Our first unit made an extremely loud noise, making the top floor virtually shake. It’s a fault in this model that LG probably does not even acknowledge. Best Buy referred me to LG for service and after wasting a bunch of hours and them not showing up on an appointment, Best Buy helped out - came in checked the unit and recommended a replacement since it was within 60 days. The new machine also makes a noise in the rinse cycle but it is way more tolerable and does not shake our house and top floor. I lost all respect for LG and gained a lot for Best Buy, which is why I am giving a rating o 4. Thank you Best Buy and shame on you LG.

Great wash machine with high quality that is also user friendly

I feel it cleans the clothes better than our old machine which I thought cleaned the clothes pretty good. It washes the load much faster also.

We have bought several washers in the past, and this is the best one yet. We spent a bit more than we usually would, but so worth it with all of the extra features and we see a huge difference when washing clothes....

Love being able to clean queen-size blankets and comforters in this LG washer. Still investigating all the settings; the complete owner’s manual is unfortunately only available on line. Clothes are cleaner with less water and detergent than our old front-load washer. Was told it won’t last 20 years, though :-(

Replaced an identical model from 2013. Fit on the old base perfectly, though the listed dimensions are slightly differenr, so that was.real nice. Thia does loads significantly faster than the unit it replaced. The wifi notification is a bit of unnecessary gravy, but there it is. There is no wobble or vibration in this unit, but that might have juat been from the old unit giving up the ghost. It was a bit pricey, but I got the birthday discount. Overall I am hapoy with this purchase; we needed it in a hurry and this one was available, but I would have probably purchased this one time necessity aside. This washingnmachine does a fine job, and I have no complaints.

For some reason it won't update and synch to its app, like the dryer I bought with it, but overall loving this purchase. Quiet, good on fabrics. Way better than my last washer.

Easy delivery by Best Buy. The washer is easy to use. Drum space is great. Set up with the app took a bit (because I didn’t notice the WiFi button), but was worth it. Clothes come out clean and barely damp. I’m very glad with the purchase.

It's been over 1 month of usage, and I am very happy with the functionality of this washer. Works Great and love all the settings. Clothes come out drier and have no complaints at all. I still have to review the instructions for all the things is does. There are some complaints out there from others and maybe they have legitimate reasons, but I'm assuming that a lot of us who think positively about it do not take the time to comment.

Had this (and the dryer) for a few weeks now. So far I'm very happy with it. The machine is pretty straight forward feature-wise. I appreciate the app where it tells you when your load is done. Still figuring out a few things feature-wise but the journey has been pleasant so far.

We were dead set on getting a top loader after an awful experience with our last washer / dryer however, the sales tech showed us the new features to help address the smell and shaking. We couldnt be happier!

Awesome machine. Quiet and very efficient. Turbo wash says 31 minutes and it takes 31 minutes.. My last washing machine would take almost an hour on quick wash

no problems. does a good job. uses very little water. many options in wash cycles. drain hose was not long enough to go to my wash tub on the right side of the washer. had to add an extension hose.

Nice machine. Quiet. A wash cycle takes much less time than my previous (10 year old) LG washer. It has cycles that I am not familiar with, so I tried looking at the paper manual but its not really a manual. It tells you to download the app to get directions. So I did. But it also doesn’t doesnt explain everything. That’s annoying. Like what is TurboWash? Etc. I have also noticed that the spin cycle even on regular is too much - everything comes out twisted. But I am working with manually adjusting it. I’d give it a 3 1/2 stars.

There are some great features about this machine. Bottom line, it does a nice job washing my clothes, it fits nicely in a small space, and is very quiet. I LOVE the app interface that notifies me when the cycle is complete and so it allows us to be much more efficient at laundry since we don't forget about it. I have a few gripes: 1) no dome light inside the machine, but the matching dryer does have one? 2) I really do not like the pre-programmed settings and find most of them useless except the sanitize cycle. For example, this is obviously a user preference as we all do laundry differently, but I wash bedding on hot and the bedding setting is only warm water with no ability to change the water temperature after selecting the setting. If we could program our own wash settings, that would make this washer 100 times better!

Wonderful machine. After two years it is still working in wonderful condition. I love this machine.
