So far it’s been a great experience for the last 2 months!

Technicians are very knowledgeable. They set up and make sure machines are running. So far there isn’t problem I like LG brand. The price isn’t too high, the size is good for a small family.

Contacted Best Buy and they sent a tech out a week later with a new unit and included a free install. Machine has worked well since

I can definitely notice the clothes are cleaner and smell fresher using a front loading washer. It's nice to get a notification on my phone when the wash is done. Can't go wrong with this washer.

They are easy to use, and the internet connectivity is an added bonus. It notifies us when the load is done and if there is any problem with the load.

When the washer arrived it had no such panel meaning the washer is not protected from mice/rats/vermin that might enter our garage. It's an appalling oversight to show inaccurate pictures of the appliance.
