Bad Choice even though I've liked HP for a long ti

Very annoying. I purchased this because Best Buy including Geek Squad made a mess of my other one and it was so messed up and too much gearing both at store and over the phone that I upgraded a year or so ago to 10 which I was told it would help but it didn't so I then purchased this new one. Still very slow and having to wait for downloads etc.

They tkr your money and lie again about order dates. Then when confronted about the issue they will loud/deep voice the scripted lie.
