First, the battery runs out in about five minutes and after that I have to wait for it to charge again. It is simply too inconvenient however I do think it sucks the dirt and dust pretty well hence why I gave it two star instead of one but still not worth it

Super light weight and suction is superb. Get about 20 min on medium setting use on carpet tile and hardwood. Teensy bit pricey, but worth it.

Shipping was really quick, and it was easy to figure out. The two times I used it, the suction was great on “max.” Didn’t do much on the lower setting. But I had to return it because the battery, fully charged, wouldn’t last past 10 minutes. Too bad, because I liked a lot of the features.

Otherwise, it does a nice job cleaning hard floors, but the true test will be if it can avoid serious performance degradation and/or breakage beyond 18 months of usage, which seems to be the criminal planned obsolescence of all manufacturers that we’ve experienced across our last 3 models of Shark, Dyson or Samsung.
