Since day one it was bad, I tried to charge overnight to see if was going to get better… The return day passed and now I’m stuck with a $300 vaccum that only works 10 minutes and has to be charged for hours again. I can’t even do 1/3 of my house with 10 minutes. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Couldn't tell you how long it would hold a charge didn't keep it long enough to find out.

The charging process for your vacuum is pretty self-explanatory. Power at one end gets stored in the battery of your vacuum so it can operate without a power cord trailing behind it. If your vacuum does not charge, the most common reason is that it is not connected properly.

As for putting the unit together, it is a piece of cake. The rechargeable battery works great. We can use it to vacuum the living room & stairs several times before needing a recharge. That is if you don't choose to keep it wall mounted. You can mount an included bracket to the wall and keep it charged all the time if you like. Emptying the bin is very easy. Most of all it is just nice that it is light, powerful and portable. it is so simple to just grab & go with it. Cleaning the stairs is much easier without having to drag a cord behind. In fact, I would say that because of its size and the fact that it runs on a battery, we vacuum more often :-) Also, with it being a Samsung I don't think we will ever need to worry about its quality.

I returned it for a new one and the same issue happened after 6 months. Im glad I always get the warranty from BestBuy. Thats the only reason it got 2 stars. If not it would have been zero.
