*It is located on a white label on the back side close to the hot water. It is a bar code and a string of numbers.

At first I was skeptical but I purchased them anyway. J must say that we are very pleased with the performance of this appliance. She really appreciates the quality, the quietness (compared to my Samsung washer and dryer), and the time it takes to cycle through a load of clothes.

It's efficient, quiet, and cleans laundry better than the full size I replaced with this one. It fits perfectly in my small laundry space, and does the job of most full size washers.

(large appliance makers; there are still MANY old homes that won't accommodate HUGE appliances!) That being said, this washer has been great so far! Pretty large capacity for a smaller washer, and very user-friendly settings & controls. The only slight drawback is that there's a bit of a water-hammer issue, (which prompted me to install a water arrestor) but I think that's common with newer high efficiency washers. Overall quite happy with this machine.
