    Not sure about the Insignia yet. Seems to wash and spin okay. Negative - Loud thumping when water is activated which is several times during a cycle. I probably will call Insignia if it continues.

    So far so good. We've washed a number of loads in just a few weeks without any problems. The last washer I bought before this determined the water level by the weight of the clothes. It NEVER adds enough to cover the clothes.I have to add a half to a gallon of water to fool it into filling high enough to get all the clothes wet. This one lets you choose the water level and the temperature. It actually agitates enough to get the clothes clean. Good washer for the price. Would buy again.

    Only 4 star because just make sure zippers are zipped/ buttons are button/strings are tied due to even though we did just that and 1x time it caught a pants hook ans 2nd it grab my camisole top and we had to disconnect the agitator, so if you purchase just make sure you have a extended screwdriver ok. Other than that it's great.

    Great washer for the price however the set up team improperly connected it to the water sources. They swapped the hot with the cold outlet and the cold with the hot outlet. I kept wondering why my clothes were coming out piping hot when I set the temperature to cold.
