When my landlord didn’t want to replace it, I chose this washer as it was the most affordable option. I was worried because they say “you get what you pay for” but honestly I’ve been beyond impressed with this washer! it’s seriously so great and exactly what I was looking for. I love the simplicity of it- it doesn’t make washing laundry complicated. Just press and go!

A small part (the latch) stopped working, and I had Best Buy come out to try to repair. The repair person was wonderful, and he came twice (first to diagnose and finally to replace the part that malfunctioned). The part did not work, and I had to replace the machine. These machines work well (I have the dryer in this set and it is working just fine). My only recommendation is to purchase warranty, so that if you are covered if anything malfunctions on the machine. I am purchasing a second machine and this time buying a 5 year warranty. As I said, the machine works great. I just need even my minor investment to last longer than two years.
